Im pretty light build but my last year of college was just drunken debauchery and junk food so ive been gettin back in shape and i run about 3 miles every evening and then do some weights and ab work. Ive a slight layer of fat over my abs and just wondering will the running burn the fat before the muscle?

I've recently started doing some crunches with my legs off the ground (harder than I thought) at night along with some leg up thing with my back off the ground. I eat no more then 30 grams of fat per day. I was wondering if when I burn calories on the exercise bike do I also burn those fat grams? They are all good fats. I don't eat sweets. My diet consists of lean meats, fruits, veggies, oats, grains etc. I eat alot of fat from raw almonds, fiber bars, and turkey patties.
