Im 13, and im going on holiday in a month, and i really need to lose some weight/fat for this. I hate my body and want to have a nice figure on holidays, for the beaches, swimming costumes etc. What excercises etc, will help me get a flat toned stomach in a month? I know its probs impossible, but the best way to get close to it.

I have lost a lot of weight over the past few years, yet I still have body fat still on me. Like on my arms, chest and on my sides. I lose weight by exercising but I have yet to do weight training.
