How to lose weight fast!!?
I'm 12, 5'7 and weight 150. I need to lose weight and willing to do whatever it takes. Please dont tell me im too young to be worrying about this cause im not. All my friends are skinny and pretty and thanks there me. But that's not why I wanna lose weight I wanna be healthy and look good to.

Can someone tell me how to lose those last pounds?
Okay, so I'm 14 and i know I'm growing. I have a healthy BMI, it appears its 21 or something like that. I'm about 5'5 and i weigh 129. Now I've tried diet and exercise, but i can't seem to get any lower than 120, and the worst part is that I always seem to gain it all back. How can I lose the weight and keep it off? On a diet, I consume approximately 1300 calories a day and usually get about twenty minutes of rigorous exercise every day. i know your supposed to do 45 minutes three times a week, but i figure twenty minutes each and every day is more than the regular. I sleep 7-8 hours. I'll take you through my day:
Breakfast: Cereal (usually KASHI GO LEAN) & soymilk, approx 2 cups. 2 cups of water. i estimate 400 cal.
Lunch: Sandwich contains a slice of chicken, a slice of cheese, on 50 calorie whole wheat bread. A fruit of some kind. A bottle of water. 300 calories i think
Snack: It varies, but often a nut bar (200 cal) and usually a fruit or two. 2 cups of water again. And a cup of green tea to speed up my metabolism APPROX. 400 cal
Dinner: Sometimes none. Most of the time though, its a small plate of vegetables and chicken. Approx 200-300 calories. I usually drink at least three glasses of water after dinner.
My excercise type varies from dancing to running to situps. I do ONE of these activities for about 20 minutes a day. Any advice on how to lose 10 pounds? I want to do this the healthy way. I don't really have a goal after ten pounds, I just want to be happy with my reflection. But now that i think about it, I want to lose 20-30 pounds. What can I do? I don't want some ten day plan that promises me to lose weight because i know I'll gain it back. Some real tips please. And i want to maintain my muscle, so the diet should include protein. I want to be toned, not too thin. Is 600 situps really the only way to get Yuri SNSD abs? I'm small boned (i can overlap my third and thumb on my wrist) So, the body look I'm going for is flat, but shapely stomach and thighs that won't overwhelm my frame (they do -__-). whenever i get my legs right, my stomach bulks up. whenever i get my stomach down, my legs bulk up. What to do???

What can I do to get a more hourglass figure?
Okay so I'm 17 and really small for my age, I'm 4'11" and weigh 98 pounds. My measurements are 33, 26, 34. I dance at my school and ever since I started dancing, I lost weight, so I'm less curvy than I was before. I'm thinking about starting belly dancing to decrease the size of my waist a little bit but what I really have a problem with is my flat, bony butt and small hips. What can I do to increase my hip size and butt?
