How do i know if im pregnant?
I just missed my period about a week ago, but I've taken 3 home pregnancy tests and they were all negative. I've been really depressed, barely eating, and not sleeping about 2 weeks before my missed period and up to today. I've had a rapid weight loss as well, about 15 lbs in less than 3 weeks. I've had 3 recent heavy alcohol consumptions, I've been smoking cigarettes, and I've been taking adderall. I thought my missed period was due to me being stressed out and not taking care of my body. I've had weird feelings in my stomach, but I thought it was psychological. And today, I think I started my period, although its very light. I also noticed my pulse in my abdominal region. It's so predominant that I can visually see my stomach move up and down with my pulse rate. My question is... Do you think I'm pregnant? Or could it be that I need to start taking better care of myself? If I am pregnant, do you think that the baby will be injured due to my past choices? I've never missed a period before... Please advise me! Thanks.
