How can I loose weight in a healthy way?
Hello. I am 13 years old, and I wouldn't say that I'm FAT because I hate that word. I am a little over-weight. The thing is, I'm the opposite of lazy. I play sports alot, and I'm a really great sprinter! I play volleyball and softball outside of school. I eat fairly healthy compared to most people. I don't indulge in chips or cookies, and I LOVE fruits, veggies, and meat, and I drink lots of milk. I don't get alot of sleep, usually 6-8 hours. I'm trying to loose weight in a healthy way. I'm not one of those crazy people that need to loose 30 pounds in 2 days. I don't mind a slow progress, as long as it works and it leads to good results. For now, I won't exceed too much so my goal for now will be to loose 10 pounds. After I loose that, I will make bigger and better goals. What kind of things can I eat for breakfast, a snack at recess, at a lunch break, afterschool, and dinner time? What are the best excersizes that you've used to help you, and how often and for how long should I excersize? I'm looking mostly whole body weight loss, but MOSTLY around my tummy and legs. Why don't you think I'm not losing any weight doing what I am doing? What kind of changes do you think I can make to loose weight and stay healthy? I want to loose up to 20 - 40 pounds by next year of September. 40 would be outrageously amazing! I hope you can help me! P.S... Please no psycho drugs for dummies or cleanses...Remember, I'm 13!
