How many calories per day to lose fat fast?
I'm 14 and i weigh 83 lbs (38kg) and i'm 5'2. I want my flat stomach back which i had last year. I've got a few love handles on my stomach which i want to get rid of fast. I want to lose 5 lbs or more per week. I know it doesn't sound that healthy but i want to be skinny before i go back to school! Also am i over or under weight for my age and height? I usually workout everyday. I do weights 5 times /wk and cardio twice. My workouts usually last an hour or more and I eat healthily. I finished school last wednesday and i have 17 days off for christmas so I plan on working out twice a day and trying to do 2 hours per day. Don't say i'm not fat or i don't need to lose weight because i obviously feel fat in my clothes and hate looking at my body and i obviously need to lose fat otherwise i wouldn't have changed my diet and started working out everyday. I'm a size 8 but i really want to be 6 or less. The girls in my highschool are so skinny and i wanna be just like that. When i look at their body i feel so jealous because they all are so so skinny and can eat whatever they want and not gain weight fast but whenever i eat a chocolate bar i feel like i've gained like 30 lbs lol. Serious answers only. Since i've been doing weights for a long time now, i'm really strong and have gained a lot of muscle so i don't want to lose any muscle when i'm working out, i just want to lose the fat I do 15 or more reps on a really heavy weight.
