Any extra tips for toning and losing pounds?
I have 3 months left until the Debs. (Irish Prom) I already workout when I can which is about once a day, consisting of 3 sets of different areas such as arms, legs and stomach. Any extra tips for more toning and losing weight? (Cannot run or walk much due to injury) Thanks :)

Eating when not hungry.Why?
I used to eat only when I was truly hungry and I ate whenever I wanted.I was eating less then 1200 calories,exercised everyday and was feeling great and felt like I had tons of energy and of course lost weight...I wasn`t eating junk food and I ate everything healthy but in small portions ...so I wasn`t starving,I had no cravings...but then I`ve started reading stuff how you should eat 5-6 times a day,calculate your BMR and stuff like that and thanks to all this suggestions on the internet I`ve gained weight.Gradually started eating too much,binging,was freaked out over fat,carbs,calories...So I think it would be a right thing to return to my old eating habits,right?And I wonder if anyone else eats only when hungry and if you do how much do you weight?... Right now I`m 128 pounds 5`5...20 pounds overweight =( one more thing...I already know that it`s better to lose 1-2 pounds a week but it seems I lose weight very quickly once I start eating only when hungry diet...So I think as long as I feel comfortable and can maintain weight there`s no problem with losing pounds quickly.What do you think? Please don`t start lecturing me about how women should at least eat 1200 calories a day,eating less slows metabolism,that it`s better to lose weight slowly and so on.Because I know this stuff and I just can`t get used to it.

I am 13 and i need to lose about 25 to 30 pounds fast!?
I am 13 i am 157 pounds..... this summer i want to go swimming but there is no way im going like this. I have done everything. I live in the...... what i really mean is more like the boondocks..... i hate the country but i do work outside to try to lose pounds. i have taken milk and fat sugars out of my diet, and i try to stay away from pastas and i never eat cheese or things like it. like i said i want to lose 25 to 30 pounds.
