It is true that if you are overweight, you could be in deep problem. Overweight persons have significant risk of heart disease, Stroke, diabetes, Gallbladder disease, Sleep apnea and respiratory problems and hypertension in comparison to a normal person. - Use of Anti-Depressants Medications: Some medicines such as anti-depressants medicines, beta-blockers or birth control pill can contribute to weight gain.
- Lack of physical activities: Most of overweight people have a history of being deskbound. Regular exercise can help in reducing weight.
- Sleep Deprivation: In a study conducted in United States it is found that if people get less than 8 hours of sound sleep, tend to gain more weight than those that usually sleep more. Sleep deprivation can cause more hormones secretion to eat more.

Diet and exercise amount for loosing weight? Need help from Nutritionist or Professional Trainer please.?
I been googling how to lose weight and stuff, i found surprisingly an article saying that you can't exercise without any fuel or you might gain weight or something, and others saying you need to exercise more than you eat, so its verry confusing.
Anyone a REAL expert that have facts and had results? We need to burn more calories than we eat or burn around the same amount of calories that we eat, for best weight reduction plan?
And can anyone tell me the difference between Carbs and Calories?

My cousin reduced a lot of weight all of a sudden in short time but won't tell me how?
My cousin sister who is 19 year old was very obesed. In high school she was more than 100 kgs and she had a big belly, waist and hip, big breasts & very big thighs and legs. She was so obese that she couldn't do any work and she was the most lazy person on earth. She went to hostel for further study so I couldn't see much of her for few weeks then I saw her back after 1 & half months then I couldn't recognized her as she was looking totally different. I was shocked to see that she was looking extremly slimmer and also healthy. As if she reduced 50 kgs. She hardly look as if she hardly has 50 to 55 kg weight. And her face was also shining with confidence. She was also looking in shape except of her belly still was little bit big but much smaller than it was before.
But I didn't understand how can a person reduce such a big amount of weight in such a short period of time. She is very cunning and secretive person. I praised her and appreciated her and gave her complements. I told her that I am also suffering from overweight. Can u give me tips how to reduce. How have you reduced, but this cunning cousin of mine won't tell me true, she is giving random answers like, oh I don't think I have reduced ppl just think like that or she says like 'well in hostel I have to move too much like walking in passage and climbing stairs so it reduced automatically. I know she is lying and surely she has done something. She is so lazy and fond of eating that she can never follow exercise or diet, I highly doubt she has taken medicine. I and my family has helped her a lot in past both physically and financially so in return I just expected little bit tips or idea from her about weight reduction. If she has done anything what is wrong with her telling me. But she is cunning and secretive and won't tell me because maybe she thinks that if she disclose about it then everybody will apply it and hence she won't get any attention then. But guys can you opine how can anyone reduce such a big amount of weight in such short period
