Another problem to consider if you are male is the contribution that alcohol makes to your fat stomach.

Weight Loss Advice Please!!?
Hey guys i just wanted to run a couple things by you. Im 17 195 lbs and 5'11.Im eating 1400 cals a day( staying away from greasy foods and I only drink water) and exercising 5 days a week for about 40 mins. On average I lose 630 cals per workout. Does this sound ok? Any advice am I doing something wrong? The right amount of exercise? Any help is appreciated!!
