Need weight loss advice?
I'm trying to lose a bit of weight not a lot around the belly and love handle area. I am scared that with exercise and diets I might lose my bum and boobs. I already have pretty small breasts 34 B...I absolutely love them and I don't want to lose them lol Will I lose weight in my bust or can I sort of target just my mid section. What are some healthy weight loss tips? Also this is kind of odd but my vagina area is bulgy, a lot more bulgier then the rest of my body and when I wear a bikini it looks sort of like I have a penis bulge lol! How can I slim that down a bit? since its a weird and uncommon area for weight loss?

Weight loss advice! 24 week challange?
Okay, so I weigh 13 stone right now. To save you the sob story I have 24 weeks to lose around 1/1 and a half stone. Two days ago I started jogging and two miles down the line, I stopped and nearly collapsed. My vision went and I was sort of blacking out. Okay, I know I pushed it but that was two days ago and apart from sore legs, will I be able to run further next time? That/ other weight loss tips would be appreciated :) I have the right nutrition. Alot of Carbs, Vitamins, Protein along with other things are in my diet. All I need it big calarie burners and some motivational phrases!
