Weight Loss? Diet Aid? Recommendations?
So im curious to losing some weight and possibly toning up by May.
Im 19, female, 5'6 and about 155 pounds.
(the weight isn't really noticeable because its properly distributed, it is just a personal preference to slim up a bit.)
My goal is to reach 130-140 pounds if possible by then.
i have cleaned up my died quite a bit, i only have diet coke, and now that is only like once a month. i ate fast food maybe once or twice a week, but that has turned into once every 2 weeks or so (i am in college so there's the occasional slice of pizza or KD on a long day) other then that im eating much healthier.
I drink about 8-10 bottles of water a day, or sometimes 2-4 of the large bottles of Smart Water. i've also been drinking about the equivalent of 2 xl green teas (however it is Chinese, not that fake stuff).
I walk a lot, and move quite a bit at my side retail job, as well as go to the Gym on the Military Base that work on, however with work and school the gym has become rare. :( im going to try to get back on base to get some weights and treadmill done however im not sure with Christmas at my side job and such how likely that will happen, so any home routines and such i could do?
im curious, is it worth adding those Hydroxycut Drink Packets to my diet, just as a push or no?
Also what else would you recommend or suggest i work on or improve, or even add.

What should a 13 year old eat? Please please answer?
Hey, I don't mean as weight loss dieting I mean just a healthy plan for a 13 year old like what breakfast, lunch or dinner. I'll eat anything apart from cheese.
