What is my stage of development/ am I healthy/ how can I stay fit?
I am a 17 year old girl; I weigh about 125 lbs and I am almost 5'7" However, I have a body fat percentage of about 25%, and I think that sounds like a lot... Also, I have recently noticed my thighs and stomach have gotten heavier.. I used to weigh about 100 pounds until sophomore year, and I have always had a developed chest (currently 34D) I usually don't have time to go to the gym, but I notice that after only a day at the gym I have a line on my stomach and on my leg and arm muscles, this line can stay about a week if I only go the one day, but my face and thighs get noticibly rounder and heavier if I don't go to the gym. Does this mean that my body is meant to be athletic or in shape? Also, is this shape something that I can expect the rest of my life? I started my period almost 3 years ago, by the way. Am I going to be thigh-heavy or can I possibly get back to my straight-leg look? *also, I don't have the best diet - coffee and fruit for breakfast, a turkey or nutella sandwich for lunch, and chicken or salad for dinner with random snacks in between. Thanks!! It's senior prom soon and I want to look good :)

Best diet pills for women and or stress?
First let me start by saying I really don't want a lecture about how diet pills are bad I only want answers stating which ones have worked for you and which ones have not! Let's just assume I know ALL of the risks associated with diet pills and just don't care! ;) I have recently had my second child and cannot seem to lose weight through just dieting and exercise! I've been following ww religiously but am not seeing any success like I did with my first! I feel like it has something to do with all the stress that I am currently under since I run my own business and take my new baby with me to work where I not only have to keep her satisfied but also keep my clients satisfied as well! Any suggestions would be great and reducing stress is not an option right now.
