What diet plan is best to follow to lose 2 pounds per week?
I am getting married in 13 weeks and would like to lose approx 2 pounds per week until then. I recently started Brazil Butt Lift by Beachbody, am lifting 3x a week, and also going to Jazzercise 3x a week for some extra cardio. I have my exercise all planned out, but now I need to decide what type of nutrition plan is best to follow. I have looked into Jay Robb's Fat Burning Diet which is a carb cycling diet with clean foods, but that is only 3 meals per day and I've heard before that its better to eat 5-6 small meals per day. I'm soooo confused with all this. I do not want to follow any type of crazy fad diet! I am looking for something I can continue to do long term. Does anyone have anything that has worked great for them?? I would like to allow myself 1 cheat meal per week if possible. I have already given up soda, alcohol, and fried foods. PLEASE do not post any type of crazy diets or pills!! Any help is greatly appreciated!
