Can heart disease occur in 19 year olds?
I haven't really ate a heart healthy diet at all so far in my life, and lately I've been noticing possible irregular heart beats (sometimes I go through periods where my heart rate is extremely rapid, and sometimes periods where it's extremely slow and I barely feel any heart beat) along with more congestion in my chest and burping. I wonder if that could just be due to the stuff I'm eating, or stress, or if it's possible I could have heart problems even though I'm only 19 and should have it checked out. Any advice?

A healthy diet, but to loose weight also?
Ok, I'm young 15. I play lots of sports and workout alot!( xc, bball, track, and cheer this yr, and I workout in the weight room sometimes with the football players) I dont eat right though. I usually grab junk food like french toast or chips. I workout about 5-6 days a week for about 2 hrs, but I also have p.e for an hr a day n im always physical in it. Well I would like to loose about 10 lbs, I am healthy im 5'3 and 135ish, it just depends. I wonder if u know of any diets that are good for me since im only 15, and that can help me loose weight, without me starving myself or anything stupid like most teen girls would do. Thank You! BTW--- I forgot to tell you I do not want anything u have to order like off tv or etc... I really am not a big fan of those, where they loose so much weight off of these meals.....

is this a healthy diet?
i am 15 years old, 5ft 5inch 51kg 6am-quinoa,dark chocolate, banana and some powdered milk 11am-2 slices of papaya, soy milk and half a apple 1.30pm-2 slices of multigrain bread with canned tuna and egg 5pm-packet of honey roasted almonds 7pm-pistachios and mixed nuts 8pm-a guava 8.30pm-half a sweet potato,4 salmon sushi,a slice of chicken breast,3tbsp of coleslaw salad. total:1910 calories i danced for around 2hours and walked for around 15 mins. :D is this healthy for a teen girl? i used to suffer from anorexia two years ago but now i am fully recovered and i am aiming on getting back my periods :D i eat a healthy 70-80 grams of fat per day and honestly, i feel pretty healthy now and i am very particular about what goes into my body.
