What would happen if I ate nothing but fruit?
I know this may be a silly idea and will probably lead to being unhealthy but I'm so frustrated :( I am a little bit overweight after having my baby. I really don't wanna be a fat mum who can't even run round with their child. I've never been more dedicated than I am now to eating healthy, exercising and drinking water HOWEVER, I am NOT losing weight. I've gained it! I've only been doing this for about a week in fairness but you're supposed to drop at least 2lb in a week, right? Well definitely not put it on anyway. I'm considering eating nothing but fruit/yoghurts and drinking nothing but water for about a week to see what will happen.. How much weight do you think I'd lose. I'm not looking to do this for a long period of time just so I can lose some weight quickly which will in effect help me to lose more as ill be fitter so can exercise more & will feel motivated. Its really off putting when you try hard and put the weight on. I feel like I'm doing it for no reason & I might aswell just eat a doughnut instead of fruit if I'm going to put the weight on anyway :/ quick weight loss tips? help!

Tips for quick weight loss?:)?
I'm 15 years old and weigh 116 pounds. I really want to cut down to say 110? Please give me tips on how to tone up and lose weight quickly:) many thanks:) and what if I only ate cereal or oatmeal, fruit & veg and meat only everyday? and maybe one treat a week?
