How long will I survive?
I've sorted myself a new diet plan sheet where i dont have no breakfast, for lunch i only eat a small sandwich with ham and for tea, eat ony 1/4 of it. I've cut out all unhealthy stuff and on the plan, i've put that everyday day, i run around a field for 1 and 1/2 hours, every night do 20 push ups and 100 sit ups. I also put to wake up a 6 '0' clock in a morning and exercise until 7. Am I developing a eating disorder and if so, how long will it be until I faint only having this food?

How can i reduce weight and burn fat without going on diets(like diet plans that include not eating at all or feeding on only water or only food). How to lose 10 pounds in a month ?
Im 15 173 pounds and 64 inches tall im trying to lose 10 pounds every month for 4 in a half months of summer before school starts. Ive lost about 44 ibs since somewhere im guessin last august were i was 200 ibs i havent gained anyweight back unless i lack on exercising and being lazy for a week ill usually gain 2 to 3 pounds but quickly lose it i dont eat as much as i use to to be honest i dident really have a diet plan i mean i drunk lots of water occasions i had candy . i ate regular meals sometimes out to eat but i never ate too much well im proud of myself not only that but i went outdoors more and ran up and down stairs quite alot but now that its may and i have to go to school in ninth grade sometime in august its very important that i lose mybody fat . I have really bad paranoia so i know losing weight will help cause its been helping already but im trying to get to at least 150 or 140 by august . And im doing a new diet plan which is drinking four or more waters a day , watching what i eat , and the calories eating more veggies, fruits and exercising at least 20 to 30 minutes a day til i sweat. if anybody has a better way please tell me. also how many calories can i eat a day without going overboard?thanks
