How to stay fit for a long time... ?
Ok so I'm 23, 5'7, 154 lbs. I do cardio i.e. Running for 20 minutes. And workout at the gym i.e.weight training for 2 hours everyday. I want to lose 10 pounds to get lean muscles and lose the excess fat and loose skin I have on my stomach and waist. I've been workingout for a month now but I couldn't lose any weight, I know I need to fallow a low carb and high protein diet but I can't do that since my everyday diet is total carbohydrates. I'm eating low calories but my diet is high carbs and low proteins. I can eat the high protein diet but I'm scared that after losing 10 pounds, i'll gain it again since I can't fallow the high protein diet for the rest of my life. I'm looking for a permanent solution here that's why I don't want to fallow the high protein diet for a few months. What should I do to get lean and fit and stay that way for a long period of time without having to change my diet? I know I need to exercise and eat right to stay fit but what about the diet? Also, am I overweight ? Pardon my english its not my native language.

Which of these supplements help with weight training etc?
Basically I've sorted out my diet after careful planning, I know will eat 6 times a day and eat a gram of protein per pound of my body weight (thats 198) (I also take whey protein) I've slimmed out alot as I used to be 16st but I still have a belly etc which I am trying to lose. My friend who was also big has lost loads of weight and is now on the weight lifting vibe, although he's seeing me as competition and has spent over Ł200 on all these supplements to aid in his training. At first I was a little bummed out because I simply can't afford all these supplements and figured he's going to get far greater gains than me. This is what he's now using on top of a high protein diet: BCAA+, CLA, Green tea extract, L-arganine, L-cartinine, Omega 3. He's just gone outright crazy on the supplements. He's doing full body work out three times a week with cardio in between whereas I am doing Chest, Tri's n Shoulders on MONDAY, legs on WED and back and biceps on FRI, with cardio on the inbetween days. Are his supplements all that necessary, will he get better gains than me ? All I take on top of my new work out diet is protein shake (low carb, low cal, 40g protein per serving)
