how many hours i have to do exercise daily?
now i am in holiday ... so decided i to take a weight loss plan.. i am a 17 years old girl so schedule my time... is it ok to exercise one hour in morning and an hour in evening...... is it over exercise.....

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon (probably turkey bacon) and half a grapefruit. With a large glass of water with lime. Mid-morning snack - 1 oz or 1 serving of almonds Lunch - Salad with lettuce, green pepper, and cucumber. 1/2 a grapefruit. Large glass of water. Afternoon Snack - Apple/Banana with peanut butter Dinner - 4 oz/ half cup of grilled chicken. Small salad. 1 cup of raw greenbeans. 1/2 a grapefruit. Large glass of water Exercise - 1 hour everyday by walking I weigh 275 and I am 5'7. How much could I lose in 10.5 walks? Oh, and I will drink at least 100 oz of water each day.

What do you think about my weight loss plan. My diet consists of: Breakfast: Cereal, oatmeal, orange, toast Lunch: Salad, turkey sandwhich on wheat bread, baked chips Snack: Banana or orange Dinner: I work during dinner hrs so don't eat a meal. Snack: Banana or orange I don't eat after 7. Workout schedule: 1 hr on Tredmill 30 mins of strength training 3 days a week play basketball for 2 hrs. Will I be successful long term with this program?
