Best diet pills for women and or stress?
First let me start by saying I really don't want a lecture about how diet pills are bad I only want answers stating which ones have worked for you and which ones have not! Let's just assume I know ALL of the risks associated with diet pills and just don't care! ;) I have recently had my second child and cannot seem to lose weight through just dieting and exercise! I've been following ww religiously but am not seeing any success like I did with my first! I feel like it has something to do with all the stress that I am currently under since I run my own business and take my new baby with me to work where I not only have to keep her satisfied but also keep my clients satisfied as well! Any suggestions would be great and reducing stress is not an option right now.

What is the best diet for me?
I'm VERY overweight and fed up, I've had 3 children and suffer from PCSOS so find losing weight VERY difficult. I have tried lighter life but found that completely cutting out food was not setting a good example on my 6 year old son as he questioned me a lot about not eating, therefore it only lasted 1 week. Any Ideas would be great. I do like options that start seeing results fast as that is what motivates me. Thanks I walk 4 miles a day and do Zumba every week, I don't eat that much and try to keep it as balanced as possible. PCOS is polysistic ovary syndrome and causes a hormonal imbalance and one of the many side effects is weight gain and difficulty in losing it. Yes I agree that pregnancy doesn't make you put on weight but I suffered from pelvic girdle pain and was bed bound from 24 week so put on a lot of weight.
