Running is one of the best ways to burn calories and a person can burn up to 275 calories per mile. This can add up to up to over 1000 calories burned per hour! Therefore, running to lose weight can be a great way to get back in shape. As a matter of fact, running burns more calories than any other exercise except for cross country skiing.

Not only does running work fabulously for weight loss, it also has many health benefits as well. How to lose weight fast at the age of 13?
Hello, i am not fat (male), i am 44kg and my height is 152cm. I am not exactly fat, but i do have a little belly fat. Ive being working out for 2 weeks now and im already seeing ab muscles on my stomach, but i just have a little belly? How do i lose this fast? What foods should i avoid eating and what foods shall i eat. Thanks (: I do 3 sets of 40 sit ups and 3 sets of 20 pushups. I also go to football for 2 hours twice in a week.

quickest way to lose weight?
im 20 years and my baby is 12 weeks old, when i was pregnant i went up to 12 and a half stone and im normally 8 and a half stone, 2 weeks after i gave birth i had lost two stone, ive now weighed myself and im 10 stone but cant get rid of any more, i need to find the quickest way as its getting me down! i dont have the money to spend on going to the gym and dont have the time to do workouts all the time i just really need to shift atleast another stone. thanks oh and im left with bad stretch marks any tips on how to get rid of them? im using bio oil :)
