Once you start a weight loss plan or a new diet you will probably find that for the first two to three weeks your weight loss plan worked quite dramatically, weight was dropping off you as the plan promotion said it would; but then you hit the wall.

Question About a Weight Loss Plan?
I'm 17 Female- 163 pounds I've lost about 8 lbs within the last 3 weeks with just eating healthy, I'm finally getting on that schedule. But I know that exercise needs to be a part of my daily life as well to get healthy. I don't have a gym membership because I've been saving my money for college and other expenses. A gym membership is on my to do list in the future but as of right now at home workouts will have to do. My question for you is what exercises would be effective. At home, I have a balance ball with a resistance band as well, a jump rope and that's about it. I know that jump roping is a good cardio workout. Would these exercises help me at all? I'm a full time student right now, I'm either at school, work, or studying. And eating 5/6 small meals threw out the day with no fast food or junk food no dark meats and no soda. Any other ideas? Or suggestions will help me a lot. Thank you in advance.

WEIGHT LOSS PLAN !! HELPP?
So i have a few questions about weight loss. I am a 19 year old girl, with an average size body just have a little bit of a belly. I would say i am fairly fit just want to get rid of this belly fat super fast. i have about a month period of when i want to lose it by. I do some physical activity everyday whether its walking around town, yoga etc. So i was planning on just basically cutting down everything i eat. Not complelty not eatting just every meal i do eat, i'll just eat half as much as i normally would, along with drink WAY more water. do you think this will work ?

Low budget dieting/healthy foods?
Generally I know which foods are healthy and which are not, but may I please get some suggestions as to how to fit healthy meals into a low budget? The main reason I keep failing to eat healthy is because we DONT have the healthy foods available, and it is very expensive to keep a fresh supply of them all the time. Any suggestions on low-priced foods that would be good for a weight-loss plan? I considered egg whites but you have to use about 5-6 eggs to get enough egg whites for a decent calorie meal - which would be expensive to keep replenishing every day Also, veggies are not an option...I throw up when I try to digest them.
