Weight Loss Tip #1: Get Real!
This is the first weight loss tip you're going to see in any article claiming weight loss tips. It's because setting unrealistic goals in your weight loss program is the most common error that deters a lot of people from really sticking with it. While it's good to have an ultimate goal, you want to set smaller goals for you to meet along the way. Setting smaller goals allows you to achieve them and get ever closer to your ultimate goal. Baby steps is the key to any weight loss program. You have to learn to crawl before you can walk right?

I need a healthy diet and weight loss plan?
I'm 15, 5' 8", and am a size two and a small/medium in t-shirts. I've reached what I guess you could call my "standard" or "average." I just want to tone my upper arms, get a flat stomach, and smaller thighs. Any advice???

Diet and weight loss tips..?
Hey all, I am desperate to lose weight and tone up! I'm already attempting a diet, and it's going okay but I'm not seeing any results. I also cycle down to the gym whenever I can (depends whether I'm working or not). I'm doing everything I can, and I might be buying a Slendertone as well. If anyone has got any tips that'd be really great! I particularly wanna lose weight from my thighs. If within a few years nothing gets any better I'm resorting to surgery. Any help is much appreciated - thanks in advance!

Could I lose these last 5 inches/10-15 lbs following this plan?
I am a 14 year old girl, and over the Summer I've noticed how I've been binge eating at night. My body measurements are usually exactly 36-26-36, but now they're 36-29-38. I don't really look like I've gained weight when I'm wearing my clothes, and I know that my current measurements aren't huge or anything, but I really want to do this for myself, to be healthier and have a more toned figure. I'm also naturally "full figured," so I know I'll never be super skinny.
I talked to my doctor and though she didn't give me any advice on how to achieve my goal, she did tell me that I would probably have to lose 10-15 lbs in order to have my old figure back. My BMR says that I burn 1438 calories a day just by living, so I'm going to eat 1400 calories a day, all very healthy foods. I'm also going to go on walks for 20 minutes everyday, and do 20 minutes of intense power yoga when I get home. Is this enough to be able to get my old figure back, and to lose those last 10-15 lbs? Also, how long do you think it will take? I am starting to get desperate for help. I'm open to any suggestions that don't include extreme dieting and weight loss pills. Please help me!
