What do you think about this diet menu?
I don't need a list of advices on how to lose weight, I just want to know this:
I haven't eaten anything today and I am about to eat (at 5 o'clock p.m.) a salad and a schnitzel (like fried meat with some kind of crust on it). Will that be bad for my diet?

Do you think that I have an eating disorder?
I've battled my weight for years. I've always considered myself fat. and my parents only make it worse by drawing attention to it all the time. for example, my family was out to eat one time and my mom looks over at me and says "I hope you're ordering something off the diet menu" and then laughed in my face... little did she know that doing that stuff really upset me and i had been purging my food for the past 6 months.
Little comments like that hurt the worst, especially coming from your own parents. I am 19 years old and ever since I was 13 I have had an unhealthy relationship with food. I would throw up my food when I was younger but not constantly maybe once a month, just to make myself feel better. and it got better there for a while, and then I started college. for the past year I have been throwing up my food, but not on a regular basis. but just recently I have made a habbit out of it, throwing up my food three times, sometimes four times a day.
I don't know what is wrong with me, I'm overweight and all I want is to lose it and make my parents stop harrassing me over it. and throwing up my food, even though it is wrong, gives me that sensation that it will be okay.
I never binge eat, but anytime i eat anything I always have this urge to go and throw it up, I can sometimes control it, but all I can think about is if it gets digested how it will only make me more fat, and it has taken over my life.
What do you all think? is this an eating disorder? or do I just have problems?
