Running is one of the best ways to burn calories and a person can burn up to 275 calories per mile. This can add up to up to over 1000 calories burned per hour! Therefore, running to lose weight can be a great way to get back in shape. As a matter of fact, running burns more calories than any other exercise except for cross country skiing.

Not only does running work fabulously for weight loss, it also has many health benefits as well. i have stronf arms ew not super im a girl but decent & puncj the Sh**t out of someone lmao0 & georgeous lEgs<3 but a weak tummy. i ave a nice figure but id looovveeee a hot one, like those pefect manicans at abecrombie lol. =] i know i can tbe perfect + stuff but i wanna look better, so ima try ot eat healthoer + better ways to cook so i can work better and FEEL better. foods? excersises? tiips?

What medical conditions prevent people from losing weight? (Answers: 6) (Comments: 1)
I keep hearing about 'medical conditions' that prevent people from losing weight but I never hear what specifically they are. Seems pretty simple to me that if calories in < calories out, then you lose weight. I understand that people confined to a wheelchair or otherwise immobilized might have a harder time losing weight than someone who can exercise, but you can still lose weight (albeit more slowly) by dieting alone.
