I'm having body image issues.Please help?
I'm 6'2 and 250 pounds.I have dark skin and afro-textured hair.I'm sixteen years old and also homosexual and I'm having this problem with my self-esteem.I have this huge desire to be white and attractive.Whenever I see other black men I don't think there attractive at all and I really wanna look like a white man.I find the boys from One Direction,Robert Pattersion,Brad pitt abosulutly beautiful.I want there hair,there skin,and there body.I've never seen any African-Americans who can hold a candle to these men.I've considered bleaching,hair-extensions, and weight loss to get to the same beauty they have.It makes me really depressed and I have no clue what to do.

Healthy meal replacement/weight loss..?
I work 3rd shift. I walk about 8 miles a night at my job. When im not working, im sleeping running errands, or with my boyfriend. I am really trying to lose weight but I just cant. I think my problem is that I dont eat enough. some days im lucky if I consume 300 calories. Id like to try some kind of meal replacement.. Like a powder I can make a drink with? I need energy for work also. Im not looking for slimfast or anything like that, I want something thats gonna work and help me possibly lose weight and give me lots of natural energy. im 25 year old female, obviously not looking to build muscle. How long will it take me to lose weight?
How long did it take miley cyrus to lose weight?she looks really good now. she wan't fat before she was just thicker, not really skinny like she is now. she looks healthy.i know she did pilates and is gluten free but i feel like i wouldn't be able to eat much if i went gluten free and it isn't proven that a gluten free diet contributes to weight loss.
i am trying to eat healthy and snack a lot(pn fruits,cereal and yogurt) and only have a couple big meals a day. i have a habit of going after the cheesecake i just bought..im going to put that away in the freezer and only allow myself to have it once a week if that.
i am pretty slim looking already but i want to have skinnier thighs and i know you can't target where to lose weight so i am going to try and do pilates and yoga on on demand.
i am eating foods like steak and salmon and lean cuisine tv dinner meals for dinner.
any other suggestions? i am 5'10 and weight 144 pounds. i want to loose at least 5 pounds and at most 10 pounds. how long will this take me?
