hello every1, im 16 years old, 169 pounds, and 5.9. i used to be 135 4 months ago but now, im 160. i used to have an athletic body shape but not anymore. can any1 recommend a good diet plan? i stay after school and workout for about an hour but unfortunately, there arn't any results. this is my plan 4 now: breakfast: cereal and milk launch: subway sandwich + chocolate milk + small big of gold fish. dinner: cheese sandwich. a hour of workout after skool. i have been doing this plan for months and still, there arent any results. can any1 recommand a good diet plan? ( please mention free diet plans )

Does anyone know of a good free diet plan with a set menu and grocery list?
Im really tied of looking at diet plans that let you choose what you eat and make you substitute foods for others. I just want something that will tell me exactly how many calories I will be eating, what to eat, how to prepare it and something that has a shopping list I can just take to the store and know I will have everything I need and nothing more. Has anyone seen anything like this?
