Going from low calorie?
I've been on a low calorie diet (1500-1700) for about two and à half months. Now i have lost weight and im underweight. How to i go back to regular without gaining more fat than before Additional, im a 15 year old teenage boy who exercise quite alot

Why am I gaining weight when I'm watching what I eat and working out daily?!?!?
Let's start off by saying I'm 21 years old and 5'6'' Okay.. so I started a workout program about 25 weeks ago. I work out Monday-Friday (sometimes Saturday abs class) doing kickboxing and cardio. With this program I started watching what I ate. I started with a low calorie diet and I did pretty good the first few sessions of the program. I started at 201.8 lbs at week 1 and got down to 188.4 by week 15. Once I hit week 20 I went up 10lbs and weighed in at 198.4!!! Now another 5 weeks later I weigh 205.6!!! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!?! I understand that you can gain weight from muscle and I am positive I'm getting more muscle on my body... but isn't 17lbs a little much?? This is all I think about.. I've never been so depressed about my weight like I am now. Does anyone have any advice??

Low-carb last-minute wedding diet?
My wedding is next Sunday. I don't want to starve myself for the next week, but the low-calorie diet I've been doing just isn't doing anything for my weight loss. My dress zips fine, but it's a little tight. I just want to drop a few pounds and the only way I've ever been able to do that is the low carb way. BREAKFAST 3 egg omelet with deli ham, cheddar cheese, and spinach LUNCH big salad with fresh spinach leaves, bacon bits (homemade), cheddar cheese, boiled egg, and ranch SNACK either a boiled egg with 1 oz mozerella OR a deli meat and cheese roll-up DINNER some type of meat (like a turkey burger with no bun or chicken) and a veggie (like broccoli or green beans) DRINKS at least 6 16oz bottles of water per day EXERCISE 30 min cardio per day [I'd do more, but the first week of low carb leaves me tired) Does this sound alright? Do you think I can drop maybe 3-5 lbs this way by my wedding day?
