ok...so I've been going to the gym everyday for more than 2 weeks now, and doing cardio for like an hour but I haven't really lost any weight...is that ok? I have 2 months to lose weight for a theater role, Help!?
I need to lose 45+ for a theater role. I have tried several other plans, but have found that diets like high protein, no carb, meal replacements, and fasting have been too hard to stick to. THIS IS ONLY TEMPORARY. But i really need to lose the weight for the character and fast, so I do not have the luxury of using a regular and healthy weight loss plan. The only thing that i can seem to stick to is a strict vegan meal plan for weight loss, but I'm not sure I will lose enough weight in time. PLEASE HELP! And no unkind comments pls. I also do not have a lot of time to exercise so i can only work in like 30-45 min a day well, i mean i am getting plenty of protein (tons of soy, and nuts) and i dont drink anything other than green tea and water. i know this seems like a lot of weight but it is really like 20 pounds a month, which is like 5 pounds a week. i know that 1-2 pounds is healthier, but this is only temporary and not like 10 pounds a week or something
