Where is a good place to find a weight loss plan?
I'm 17 years old and 330 pounds. I played football, but now the season is over and I have a lot of health problems to deal with before college next year. But to be honest, I don't know where to start. I've tried Weight Watchers, but found that hard to stick to. I've identified my main problem: snacking. If it's in the house and it's not healthy, I'm eating it. I'd appreciate any help you can give :) Thanks

If my ankles are hurting, should I not run?
I dont mean forever, I mean should I take a break. I want to lose 4 lbs (currently 111 but wanna be 107-8) so in order to do so I cut my calories to 1200 - 1400 a day (usually around 1200, but I could be counting wrong or miscalculate). I walk to school and home every day which is a total of an hr or so. and then I go running, and I have been doing this for a WHILE, and I run about 5 miles everyday (sept Wed's), But recently my ankles have been burning when I run, and yesterday I was practically limp-running, so I think I could have pulled something. I didnt run today, but I want to know if I should suck it up and go tomorrow or if I should give my legs a breather. when I dont run I get paranoid about food . . . . and I just dont feel good, but what Im really worried about is that it will effect my weight loss plan. . . will it? or should I give myself two days break a week and just run 5 days instead of 6-7.
