10-20 minute workout/yoga poses for fast weight loss results?
I run on a busy schedule. I don't have a driver's license and I have school all day and homework all night. I don't have time to go to my gym everyday yet I still need to work out. I have P.E., which is pretty lame, and I walk home, so I get a little bit. ANYWAY, are there are quick little exercises or yoga positions I can do every night before I go to bed that would eventually pay off? Doesn't necessarily need to be fast, however, I'm heading to Mexico soon so a nice body wouldn't suck.... THANKS! no haters pleasee
