Clarity is the key. Define your weight loss goals

The key to achieving any goal is to define what it is that you want to achieve. Weight loss goals are no different. Your weight management journey begins when you define your weight loss goals. How much weight do you want to lose? What time frame? Why do you want to lose the weight? Once your goals are defined the next step is to take immediate action.

Speak to your doctor

If you haven't been exercising for a long period of time, you first need to speak to your doctor and have a check up. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Establish a support system

How long can my drinks that I pour in a theometer can be left in the freezer without breaking the themoeter?
I know from others that if I leave it overnight the inside of the thermal will break, and I would be ending up drinking the glass part. I need to know how long because I am on a special weight management program.
