Speak to your doctor
If you haven't been exercising for a long period of time, you first need to speak to your doctor and have a check up. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Establish a support system
People have a much higher rate of weight loss success when they have support. There have been many studies to confirm this. Try exercising with a friend, colleague or family member. Let this person know your goals! This will keep you accountable.

Mix it up!
Change your routines often. I recommend to my clients that they change their program every eight weeks to keep it fresh and help them stay motivated. I would particularly recommend this with a weights routine as your muscles get use to your work out after two months. You will get optimal benefit if you mix it up.

Buy something new
Try buying yourself a new pair of shoes, pedometer, exercise book or an mp3 player. Something like this can be very motivating to get started on your weight management journey.

Don't beat up on yourself
Remember that your weight management journey is long term and if you miss a work out there is no need to beat up on yourself. Make the decision to get back on track.

Reward yourself
If you stick to your weight loss program then it's time to reward yourself. Go buy yourself a new piece of clothing or a gift to show appreciation to yourself for your hard work. You deserve it!

Well my corgi's poo looked alittle odd this morning...?
I went to take my Corgi out for a walk like every morning to allow her to get out her pees and poos. I follow behind her so she listens better to me. If I'm too far away and try to call her back, she tend to run off.Well she pooed but it looked odd. Had a couple of reddish brown spots. Not bright bright like fresh blood but noticeable if you looked. The stool its self was a solid normal stool. She is otherwise acting completely normal. Jumping around, playing, giving affection, eating and drinking. She to me seems normal it just caught me off guard to see the odd coloring in her poo. The night before she was playing like she normally does. She doesn't have free range of the house, so I don't think she got into anything. We did change her food but that was a couple of days ago. To old roy weight management cause she is becoming 25+ in her weight. My mom does tend to feed her alot of treats. Human food and dog treats.
I'm just kinda worried. I don't want my furry friend to be ill. She is my best buddy and I would feel so horrible to know I didn't catch whatever could be happening to her in time.

How do I get back on track? I put on a stone since Christmas?
Ever since Christmas my habits have been sh*t I put on a stone!
Im going to stop fitting in my clothes,my school skirt doesn't fit anymore and I worked hard enough to get to that size eight from a twelve/fourteen two years ago,(UK sizes)
Its been two years since I've weighed this much,
I fell sh*t , defeated, and anoyed yet at the same time if I had a biscuit put in front if me now I'd eat it.
I hadn't eaten biscuits,jam or deserts in a year I'd say,I thought I could handle it and I cant, im addicted to junk again
How do I get back on track to my once "hot" figure.
Ps,I can't exercise,I never really could because I get asthma,my weight management was discipline which I need to get back
