I've got a event coming up soon, and at this event I need to look good because there are photographers who may get me noticed for a talent agency. So I need to loose weight for November 1st. I walk around 8 miles 5 days a week and my average calorie input a day is around 1500-1800 was just wondering if i continue this trend would i gradually lose weight or would i need to increase exercise/ lower calorie intake?
