Confused about weight loss product effectiveness?
So I am looking at these weight loss products and thinking to myself...what a scam! I just looked up the HCG drops. You take the drops and eat a 500 calorie diet and POOF! You lose weight. It's like magic. Except you are only consuming 1/3 of the calories you need on a daily basis...which would cause weight loss? Alli (however it's spelled) is a medication you take that will give you bad bowel movements if you eat anything with fat in it and POOF! You lose weight because you aren't eating fatty food...which means you are eating fewer calories that would make you lose weight? There are also many other supplements and diet aids that say in small print on the box "to be used with diet and exercise". Wouldn't diet and exercise cause you to lose weight? Is there a weight loss product out there that would work for someone who wants to sit on the couch and eat chips and dip or are all weight loss products placebos that only work when you do something that would cause you to lose weight anyway? I know this is going to generate a lot of spam. Which I will promptly report. lol. I am working towards a no-refined-carbohydrate diet (carbs from fruits and veggied are good, anything processed not so much) and am going to try to go to the pool to swim an hour a day hopefully daily. Weight loss products don't work for weight loss, just taking people's money.

Needs help with Diet and Exercise!!!?
G'day! Hope yous doing well. I would really like a reasonable/simple 2 week exercise and diet routine that will let me shed some fat; this is without going to the gym or buying special weight loss products. Also I have been provided with many exercises that while being effective in some areas increase the size of other body parts, so I really like to avoid such exercises. Btw, keeping in mind that I'm not really overweight, just need to shed some excess jelly rolls and tone up. Please help folks! Thanks
