How Much should i expect to Lose!?
Ok i have been going to the gym for 4 months now 3 times a week and i haven't lost a pound! im not to worried about this because i have been doing weights and both me and my other half have noticed a change in my body. But now i want to lose weight so what should i be doing im 14st and 5ft8 i had the plan of doing 20 min treadmill 30 min Bikes 10 min Crosstrainer 5 min Rowing So would that be considered a good weight loss training program! i know that i would need a controled diet to go with it so what sort of stuff and how much of it should i be eating! also any ideas on menus for me that i could try!

Is it possible to get wider hips and bigger butt? ?
I am a woman (semi-pear shaped) I don't have the hourglass figure that I want. I have started a weight loss/training program to lose about 50lbs, but even when I was 145lb, I never had the curves that I want. I began to do a search on tranvestites because I saw this beauty pagent once where it APPEARED that some of the men had "grown" their own shapely hips, butt and thighs - at least I didn't see any garment padding. So... I was just wondering how they did it and if I should try it or if there are exercises that will expand my hips and butt.

Should I go to Martial Arts Class With A Cold?
I started feeling rough last night but since this morning I've felt a little weak, like my eyes cant focus well and a bit foggy minded alongside a sore throat, slight cough and on and off headache. The thing is i really would like to continue my exercise and training so I dont fall behind my weight loss/training programme and most of the symptoms (minus the head ones like foggy minded) do go with cold medicine. How bad will it be for me to go to this intense workout? Will it make the cold worse or better? Thanks in advance
