Are there any good Vegan weight loss systems?
Something like Nutri-System? I have heard of them but I can't seem to find any! Yea, I think it's a myth that being vegan will make you lose weight. It's just about simply eating right. You can be vegan and still eat junk food and drink pop and avoid fruits and veggies. is there a good and healthy way to lose weight faster?
I'm a 13 yr old girl, about an inch over 5 ft, and i weigh around 135 lbs. i used to be 140 but i lost weight over the time period of a month, and i take martial arts, so i already exercise a lot. i've been eating a lot healthier for the past two months, but i already have KP since i was little and i'm very self conscious. my friends are skinny and i want to be too. my old clothes don't really fit anymore, and i hate asking my mom to take me shopping for clothes (i'm the only girl on the planet who doesn't like to shop). i don't want to take diet pills because they're a health risk, i'm DEFINITELY not starving myself, and i don't want to pay money for the weight-loss systems that don't really work. i read this thing about a girl who lost ten lbs in three or four days (it's possible) and i read something about liver health (idk). i used to live in Europe, and Eastern people eat no less foods than Americans (esp the Italians) but they're still skinny! why? is there anyway i can get skinny quicker, because i don't want to wait a year just to lose 20 lbs.
