I NEED EXPERT HELP! herbal laxative tea, side effects? please read details!?
okay so about 2+ weeks ago i started taking Catherine Herbal Tea (Chrysenthemi flavoured), its made in thailand and its all herbal and everything so i thought it was okay. its basically a laxative herbal weight loss tea it contains -senna pods (500mg) -senna leaves (1500mg) -Garcinia (camogia maybe) - (100mg) - Flos Chrysanthemi thingi anyways ive been very happily pooping my fats away, or so i think and i kinda figured on days that i dont take the tea ( i take it at least 4-5 times a week) i dont really have much "bowel movement". maybe none at all. so i think ive become dependent! and im freaking out cause i dont wanna live on the tea and ive read that needing something to induce bowel movement is called lazy bowel syndrome? is it true? do i have that? i really want to continue taking the tea but i need to know if there are really REALLY bad side effects like dependancy and if it ll affect my chances of having kids one day (im 19 so probably quite a few years down the road) etc. if any doctor could help? please do. people who have taken the tea before etc thanks PS im also a vegetarian. as in no meat no seafood but i do take dairy products and eggs occasionally. I drink loads and loads of water and ive tried eating loads of prunes/ papayas and i LIVE on green veggies really. but it doesnt give me the same "clean" and empty feeling as the tea. and i still get constipated

Would like to lose 10 pounds?
I am 5.2, weigh 135, I stay away from junk food and beverages, in the summertime I run 5 miles a day, I drink plenty of water, I could be better with my fruits and veggies but it's not like they are unknown to me. I'm not dumb enough to try a diet pill, but have tried a few weight loss teas (embarrasing to say but such as the wuyi or acai -just putting it out there >they don't work!) Any tips or advice or anything to help me to lose 10 pounds? I'd prefer if it worked fast but I will take what I can get.
