bikini body, weightloss in 2 weeks help?
okay so, im 15 years old im 1060 cm give or take. i weight 70 kgs (i know i need to loose some weight)
i am unfit but im getting fitter, i like running but im better at walking long distance, i enjoy bike riding. ill pretty much eat things to help me loose weight but depends. im allergic to different nuts and peanuts.
heres the cach i need a bikini body that i will look good in a bikini, i dont care if im model thin just good enough to look alright in a bikini without looking fat, and i need it in 2 weeks. long story but its a need. i dint have that much money for dieting and things, in going to start taking blooms svelte 45 metabolism capsules. anyone know how to get a fast bikini body, i wanted to do the green tea diet but only lasted half a doy i got too hungry, ill do any diet if i can. if your going tosuggestedt diet and exercise whats a good plan i need one for the two weeks everyday for 14 days what to eat forbreakfastt, snack, lunch, snack then dinner (cause you need to eat every 3 to 4 hours to boost metabolism) and then what exercise to do and when. i get up at 6:30 ill eat roughly at 7 then at school at 10:40 then at 12:40 i get home at 3:40 then eat dinner well whenever is a good time. im happy to go for a run when i wake up, take the dogs for a walk when i get home and then go for a run/walk/bike ride/jogg. whatever i need this plan for about 2 weeks or more. thankyou :)
