Teenage male trouble gaining weight?
First off I'm 16 years old, male, and about 5'10. About two years ago I was pretty chubby, and I just wanted to lose weight. I did a few drugs during the summer (NOT to lose weight, but because i had this whole raving phase, which im completely out of) and when school began I noticed that I had actually lost weight. First I was happy but after a few months a realized that my eating habits were really bad, I would and still only eat once or twice a day. I can't help it, I just never feel hungry and if I make myself eat I want to throw up. I've gotten REALLY skinny and my metabolism is really high now. When I do eat its usually junk food too, and it doesnt help me gain weight at all. It seems like i'm just getting skinnier. Being 16 (turning 17) years old I find my body very uncomfortable, and MANY people have noticed my weight loss, including parents, tutors and even my piano instructor. Keep in mind that my bodies been like this for about a year and a half, i've only decided to ask about this now. I'm always tired, and not in the mood to excersise or do anything. I'm going to be in grade 12 in a couple months, and also summers coming up. I DONT want to be skinny anymore, I just want to gain some muscle and have a normal fit body for a teenage boy. Any advice? Please be serious.

I have an awesome lower body.My legs are nice and muscled and I lose a pants size every month.I've been eating better and running 4 miles 5 days out of the week :).So far since last august I've lose twenty pounds going from 268 to 248 and I wanna keep this up till I get down to somewhere in between 180 to 200 :).My fat dosen't really show anywhere besides my upper body.I have no muscle in my arms and really really big man boobs :(.I'm fine in my stomach just a little bit of a belly but not anything huge.My friends say I'm well porportion and carry my weight really well. So I just need to know some other excersie I should do to get tone and have a flat stomach and no man boobs.I don't want super muscles I just wanna be fit and less soft and more tone :).I don't have any equiment besides my treadmill so please help me out ^__^ thanks!Do you think it can be possiable I lose 64 pound before this coming august?
