How to exercise with asthma?
I have had asthma ever since I was a child and take an inhaler. In recent years I have become very overweight and have been trying to lose it but my asthma has gotten worse with the weight gain and it is making it difficult for me to exercise the way I need to. I use to walk 3 miles a day and ride my stationary bike for about 30 minutes to an hour but I still wasn't able to lose the weight but it prevented me from gaining anymore. Then i got sick with a bad bacterial infection in my lungs and it took me awhile to get well again. Now I am even more out of shape than before. Does anyone have an tips or know of any exercises that can help strengthen my lungs and help me with my weight loss. I do eat healhty but it doesn't seem to be enough. I'm in my mid-twenties and need to lose at least 30 lbs.

Weight loss question. Please help?
Do you think that losing ten to fifteen pounds in three weeks is possible? If so, how can I achieve this? How many calories should I eat, how many should I burn? The main things I would like to know is: How many calories for breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Should I eat any snacks at all or just cut them out? Should I eat any dessert or cut it out? And how many cal should I burn, and what r some good exercises? Any help at all is appreciated, even of you don't have the answer to ALL my questions and can only help a little. Also, don't forget to tell me if you think ten or fifteen pounds In three weeks is possible or if I'm kidding myself. Thanks!!!!
